Ayurvedic abhyanga massage by Sophie Geulin
The abhyanga âyurvedic massage is the most known and usually practised of the âyurvedic massage.
Traditionally used for its hygienic and preventive virtues, in an approach of well-being and health, we can consider it as the Indian version of the relaxing global massage.
The massage abhyanga is a soft oil massage of the whole body.
It aims, through the regulation of what the ayurvedic medicine calls " the basic vata energy", the well-being, the relaxation, the physical reunification of the individual and recentring the energetic body
It is particularly advisable to under stress and tired persons, to the sleepless and in cases of mental or physical fatigue.
Craniosacral Therapy by Adriana van den Haak
Craniosacral therapy is a very gentle way of Healing. It is safe and possible in all conditions.
The craniosacral rhythm is fundamental to life. Each cell nourishes itself by expressing a rhythmic respiration, called craniosacral motion.
I follow with my hands this movement . Your body will react to this subtle touch and can let go of restrictive patterns. It is the client’s body that sets the pace of the session.
A craniosacral treatment can give:
- a profound relaxation
- a reduction of pain
- an increase of vital energy
- a reconnection to deeper layers of oneself.
We offer:
Ayurvedic abhyanga massage
