All yoga retreats are also suitable for persons with little or no previous yoga experience.
Beginners are very welcome.
We offer daily two different yoga classes:

Family Yoga Holidays No yoga classes on arrival- and departure days.
A typical day at our yoga retreat would look like this:
Till 9h30 you can make some breakfast in our communal kitchen. You can have fruits, muesli, porrigde or fresh homemade bread. (We provide mostly organic food either from our garden or from local providers).
Tea (diffenent herbal teas collected from arround the area, green or black tea) and coffee you can prepare any time you like.
Around 10am we start our first yogaclass.
After you will have time to refresh yourself, relax or have a cup of tea.
About 1pm we serve a lunch in the garden, always starting with different fresh salads from our garden or localy produced
and delicious homegrown sprouts, which provides you with loads of vital energy.
At 5pm we have our second yoga class. In the meantime you can explore our surroundings ( there are lovely walks through the forest and places with fantastic views to the pyrennees) or just relax in your hammock.
At 7.30pm we meet for our dinner. After diner,either we meditate or we sit together, chatting and enjoing the mild summer evenings. the choice is yours !
