Food on our retreats
Food nourishes the body and our mind, and gives energy to get through the day.
Healthy eating is fundamental to good health and is a key element in healthy human development.
Food is of great importance on our yoga retreats.
So at our Yoga Holidays we serve vegetarian wholefood, which is fresh from our garden or locally produced.
Our Yoga Retreat provide daily:
Breakfast
Lunch
Dinner
We are also catering for special dietary needs.
We have natural and pure spring water to drink, (but also connected to the main water supply of the village) and we offer natural herb teas, green tea or black tea, but also coffee, if someone needs.
You are also invited to get introduced into healthy wholemeal cooking, get new ideas or get inspired by a wide range of recipes from Mediterranean to Asian wholefood cuisine.
